Himaja :
Co Founder
Himaja, Co-Founder of Klaus is into Delivery and Operations Management and holds Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from VTU, Karnataka. She has been in the forefront in building up Embedded Practice at Klaus. Her prior experience in Software Industry has gained expertise in setting up the staffing augmentation at Klaus. A highly driven professional, Himaja is a team builder who is able to adapt to the management style and use it to good effect.

Savitha A Dasarao :
Chief Operating Officer
Savitha is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the overall operations and delivery. She is a Post Graduate in HR and has 16 years of Corporate HR experience. She possesses a strong track record of achieving results as a strategic business partner and a great people’s person. Prior to her stint with Klaus, she worked with Ionidea, Valtech and Societe Generale in various capacities. Savitha provides leadership in the growth of the business and supports in
implementing various strategies and operational plans.

Rajashree Sampath :
General Manager
Rajashree Sampath leads multiple support functions as General Manager at Klaus, that include, Human Resources and Training . Furthermore, she also drives the Foreign Language Translations apart from leading on customized Staffing Solutions like Training and Deployment of resources. She takes a lot of effort in grooming young talent and helps teams to be motivated at all times. Rajashree holds a Masters degree in HR and has over 20 years of experience in
various IT Organizations in the past.

Sumanth Malur :
Development Analyst
Sumanth is a technologist with a great passion for innovation. Apart from working on windows based, web based and mobile applications, he has immense experience in developing 2D based games for Android OS Smartphones. He blends his technical acumen with good people management skills. Sumanth holds a Masters in Information Science from Texas University, USA.
